How do I book an appointment?
All potential clients are required to start with a free 15-minute phone consultation. This can be done at the top right of the home page.
What payment methods do you accept?
I Do Not accept insurance at this time. However, I do accept flexible spending accounts, cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards and can provide you with a receipt you can submit to your insurance company.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance, however I am able to provide you with a superbill that can be submitted to your health insurance plan.
Is there parking available?
There is plenty of free parking available onsite.
Do you sell vitamins and supplement ?
Yes, I sell vitamins and supplements from many professional companies depending on individualized needs, but it is not the focus of my practice. I do not work for a multilevel marking company. Generally, supplementation comes in short term to fill imbalances while we work on diet and habit modifications.
How often do I need to go and for how long?
How often you need to come and for how long depends on a number of factors including your ability to make changes and current state or health and knowledge. Generally speaking clients see me weekly or bi-weekly to begin for 4 to 6 months. Follow up sessions are 45-minutes and are available in person or virtually.
Weight Loss?
I take a non-diet approach to nutrition, which means that weight loss is not a primary outcome for my services. My philosophy revolves around intuitive eating, nourishing foods, and supporting positive relationships with food. After all there is a reason 95% of diets fail.
